    I work for a massage chair company and we send our customers a hard copy of the remote guides to their home when they purchase a massage chair. Task: Fold a personalised letter into three, place inside the letter a tea bag, warranty instructions and the remote guide. This goes in an envelope that you will have to write the customers name on. It will most likely take 2-3 hours with the amount of letters we have to send off. We have around 35 letters to send off.     I have been confused between Sole Trader and Pty Ltd company since a long long time, specially because I have multiple business ideas which i want to try, and see which one works. I had registered two business names under my own Sole Trader ABN earlier but I am increasingly feeling that I should go for a Pty Ltd if it makes doing business safer for me due to limited liability and other usual reasons. I think it's probably better to register one Pty Ltd company, attached the two existing business names to it, and maybe register one additional business name (for the 3rd business idea which I want to try). These 3 business experiments can work under 1 single Pty Ltd (like ABC Ventures) until one of them starts to make any serious money, then it can branch out to it's own Pty Ltd later on. I know online I can register a Pty Ltd for $500 or less, but I need a person whom I can talk to while doing this whole thing. I don't want to register for GST right now, so what will be my ongoing compliance requirements and what will be their cost per year? I'm based on St Kilda Road, so anyone who is nearby will be great to talk to, I can probably visit and meet in person too.
