Find a local admin expert in Docklands

Hi there, I'm looking for someone who will be able to wait in a merch queue for me at Docklands this Friday (March 13), as the queue I'm looking to join starts at 10am and I'd love to get there early, but won't be able to make it there until an hour or so later, around 11am. This task is for about 1.5 hours of waiting, as I'd ask the person assigned to start around 9:30am for me. Price is slightly negotiable, and I would prefer to give the task to someone local. I need someone to queue for me in the “enquiry” line at the passport office from 5.30am ish until I can join at 9.30am the latest (and then hopefully be towards the front of the line). I can’t join earlier as I have kids to drop off. And I have to be at work by 11am so can’t queue for too long.
