Whilst most work will be completed virtually (work from home) - our clients do like to meet their VA in person for training and a catch up from time to time - based in Melbourne CBD. Approx. 5-10 hours required Monday to Friday during standard business hours (evenings are not suitable). Additional on-going work available for the right person. I’d like to find someone happy to regularly spend ~5/hours a week helping me organize and complete a lot of online administrative tasks that I don’t have time to do. I work as a doctor, but on the side I do medical research, music production, stream an educational web series, and play competitive ice hockey. Things I’d be looking for help with: - Organizing my PR application - Organizing my tax claim - Helping set-up my YouTube page for my web series - Help with submission of my music for editing and prep for Spotify/iMusic submissions - Help with marketing for both YouTube and my music - Helping draft my emails for job applications - Other miscellaneous things - Skills in video editing and photography is a super bonus I’d like some who’s generally interested in these things to help out. I imagine a weekly meeting for half an hour, then the rest of the time on task completion would be great. My proposed rate is $30/hr.
