The door handle isn’t working from one side, when you turn it noting happens. Ideally I want someone who can fix it, but if it’s beyond repair then it will need to be replaced. I would like the person to be able to sort it out in one visit either way. Ideally Tuesday or Friday. I would like the door handle supplied, I don’t have time to go to the shops

We need a garage door repaired to close all the way. The situation is that the door closes and hits the side will which causes it to not fully close. The motor is brand new and working well. We also need half a fence extension added. Materials ready to go.

Replace 2 x Torsion Springs and ensure door runs smoothly. Use quality springs. Provide warranty. I have had quotes and discussions and am aware of a fair price. Reposting recent job to be completed asap.

Garage door not opening or closing with remote.

We are having a new fridge installed tomorrow 15/2 and need the cabinet door to be unscrewed from hinges and taken downstairs to our storage area via our lift. There are also plastic white knobs that may need to be removed.

My front door is having an issue where it keeps “locking” and not opening properly, even though the lock itself has just been replaced. It doesn’t seem to be a lock issue. The handle turns, but sometimes the door won’t open and feels stuck. It may be a latch, alignment, hinge or strike plate issue – I’m not sure. I’m looking for someone experienced with door/lock repairs to: • Diagnose the cause • Adjust/fix alignment if needed • Repair or replace any faulty mechanism • Make sure the door opens and closes smoothly and reliably

The sliding door in our spare room has decided to give up the ghost so I assume the runners have broken underneath the door and it’s not sitting right not sliding right and being a problem. It’s the wooden frame glass sliding door not the wire door. That’s the problem.

Would like some help flipping a bathroom door to open from the right hand side instead of the left hand side. Would also need the locks amended to the other side

Install and screw in a plate to fix a cupboard door hinge that has pulled out, install a sliding lock on a ceiling manhole, install a bathroom lock. Own screwdriver and own screws required, plate (not sure if right size?) and 2 locks and wood putty’s provided. Plus re/glue a handle on a laminated chipboard kitchen drawer. We are looking for a handyman to attend a residential property in Elsternwick. The front door currently has an issue where the bottom of the door drags along the floor when opening. We suspect the hinges need to be adjusted, repaired, or possibly replaced so that the door can open and close smoothly without scraping. In addition, we require the replacement of old door knobs with new lever handle sets that we will supply. This replacement is needed on four internal doors upstairs. All handles should be installed securely and tested to ensure they are functioning correctly. Experience with door alignment, hinge adjustment, and door hardware installation is preferred. Please bring your own tools. We are flexible with timing but would like the work completed as soon as possible. Please include your availability and relevant experience in your offer.

Hole needs to be patched in the door and then repainted. We have paint here at the house that can be used.
