All 4 rollers need to be replaced (taken off and new ones on) on the back sliding wire door as the door pops straight off once placed back on frame any time you open and close the door. As the rollers are old and rusty. I have tried to take two of the screws out to get the rollers out but the screws won’t come out up to a certain length.
