The sliding door for laundry is a little bit jammed when trying to open & close (not smoothly coming). I believe the track needs to be fixed (which is on the top).

I need a quote to realign the door rebate so that the security door installer can fit the door. The rebate recess is currently from top 20mm and when it reach the bottom it becomes 15mm as minimum requirement is 20mm. Picture that has a chip has been fixed. Pls note job required is only to trim the rebate, no security door hang required.

Garage door out of track.

Am fitting a security door but the top of the rebate is 20mm, however bottom is 15mm which is misalign, need help realigning the door rebate to be 20mm from to to bottom so security door strikerplate can fit. The chip part has already been patched and fix. Pls note that there is no security door hanging required job is for trimming the rebate.

I have built the catio, I just need it installed into the metal weatherboard and have all the fittings that’s came with the catio, just don’t have a drill or know know

My sliding door hard to open i want to fix this

I need a carpenter/handyman to repair a sliding door that is not sliding smoothly. The door is getting stuck and feels heavy when opening or closing. It may need adjustment, track repair/cleaning, or roller replacement.

I have a gainsborough hardware trilock that doesn't work properly. The lock itself is good, the installation is not ideal. The initial plumber has forgotten to add the face plate. The locking mechanism doesn't work exactly as I would expect. The holes are already cut in place.
