Silicon replacement jobs (indoor): • Silicon replace at only floor of shower and a section of two corners – main bathroom (measurements: floor 1.3m, 1.38m and 2.05m / section of corners 0.56m and 0.56m). • Silicon replace along bathroom bench – main bathroom (measurement: 1.85m). • Silicon replace along toilet wall & small patch – main bathroom (measurement: 1.52m). • Silicon replace at only floor of shower and a section of one corner – downstairs bathroom (measurements: floor 1.7m and 0.85m / section of corner 0.17m). • Silicon replace for kitchen bench. Note the tape is easily removed (measurements: 1.10m). • Silicon (white) replace for basin bench – basin downstairs (measurements: 1.27m, 0.44m and 0.44m). Tile Grouting / 5 Loose Tiles / Replace 1 Cracked Tiles (outdoor): • Replace grouting on each of outdoor tiles (measurements: total area is 3.4m x 2.6m and each tile is 0.6m x 0.6m – the grouting is only along the tiles). • 1 tile near front door is loose so requires stabilising. • 4 tiles near pool are loose so requires stabilising. • 1 tile is cracked so requires replacing the tile (and cutting the tile). I have spare tiles. If you can do both the indoor and outdoor jobs then please provide price for both jobs. My double bi-fold door seems to have come off one of the fixings at the very top. I am concerned if I close it or use it, it might completely fall off. I’ve tried to photograph the top fixing

One of the rivets from the sliding railing has come undone, which has restricted the door from sliding closed all the way, and the door is touching the floor. The railing needs to be refixed by re-drilling and re-fixing the rivet.
