Unfortunately our cat has caused some damage to it and we need to either fix or replace it prior to vacating the property. 3 x Doors need sealing to the outside - we used the adhesive Bunnings version but peels off so need something proper. It needs to be water tight - as during the rain recently water got into one of the carpeted rumpus rooms. Gaps on doors - 2 x 15mm, 1 x 28mm - images attached. Screen door needs to be screwed into door frame. The hinges are on the wrong side of the door frame and need to be altered or flipped around (one side of the hinges are screws the other side is pot riveted in (i hope that makes sense) and might need a few tiny wedges between the door frame and the hinges...any handyman would be able to sort this out im just really bad at explaining things.
