We have a solid brick home, and the exterior wall has been rendered and painted. We have then installed a new larger window. The edging of the brick/plaster/render needs tidying up where it was cut out. I assume that it needs filling, rendering and then painting. We have the metal black strips to cover the top and sides of the black window framing already. We will supply the render mix and the paint to match wall colour. Tools and any other filler materials required to be provided or advised in quote info. Nothing is required on the interior. Sides and underneath marble bar required to be completed as part of task. My front entry door (2340 x 1020mm) has recently started to become difficult to open and close due to it dragging along the bottom of the frame. It appears the hinges (4 off) have started to give way, causing this issue. I am looking for the hinges to be replaced with heavy duty hinges (to be supplied and installed). Hinges do not need to be painted to match the door.

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware.
