We are looking to replace existing timber glazing with some new French doors (size: 2030mmH, 1420mmW, 37mmD). The area is an extension to the existing house, so none of the wall framing is structural. We need to create the framing and infill solid wall either side of the new French doors. The French doors will open outwards and the bottom of the door stile will overlap a little lower then the internal finished floor level. We will separately finish the project with plaster larding and adding new cladding afterwards.

My bedroom door has been sagging, and no longer latches or locks. I've had a go to fix myself by tightening hinges, etc but it hasn't done the trick. If someone has done this before, knows their way around a door hinge, wrench, etc, it would probably be a pretty quick job. See photos for more details, I estimate the door needs to lift by about 15mm to latch. I don't think sanding down the frame is necessary, it's likely quite old, and a lovely original feature of our art deco home, so would like to avoid if possible. I would be very grateful for being able to lock my door.

My double bi-fold door seems to have come off one of the fixings at the very top. I am concerned if I close it or use it, it might completely fall off. I’ve tried to photograph the top fixing

One of the rivets from the sliding railing has come undone, which has restricted the door from sliding closed all the way, and the door is touching the floor. The railing needs to be refixed by re-drilling and re-fixing the rivet.
