Just an hour for this first job. I had a couple of offers at $25 & 30 an hour before but i lost them when the last job got allocated, hoping to find you again. If no takers in the next day or two I'll give them a crack myself, likely not very well but worth a try lol.

Must be done ASAP (Thursday 3 September) 5 minute job Garage door motor not working and technician is coming tomorrow to fix it. I just want to close the garage door overnight. It will need to be done manually using the emergency release and then lowering the door on the tracks. Not a difficult job, just something I'm not comfortable doing myself. Double garage tilt door. Springs are intact. As long as you try to close it manually, you will still get paid even if there is an unforeseen issue that stops the door from closing.

Our bathroom door has recently started sticking against the door frame and requires some force to open and close.
