Garage door lower panel has a slight dent from hitting with a car, and one lower roller heel is out. If possible can the lower panel be replaced? Or the wheel put back on track would also work

My garage door won’t close. I reversed my car into it slightly but now it won’t close. No obvious signs of damage but it seems to be stuck and won’t come down.

Looking for an experienced tradesperson to assess and repair a standard tilt-up garage door that was damaged several years ago when a vehicle drove into it. The frame is bent and the door no longer operates correctly. Hi, my garage door is not working properly. When I press the open button, it goes up but then comes back down and doesn't stay open. Additionally, there is squawking noise from the garage door whenever I close or open it.
