Our bathroom door has recently started sticking against the door frame and requires some force to open and close. The sticking seems to occur around the middle/upper section of the door, approximately 30–50 cm above the handle. I have already tightened the hinge screws, but this did not fix the problem. The handle and latch are working normally. The house is relatively new. I’m looking for someone experienced with doors/carpentry to inspect the cause and adjust or repair the door as needed. Please bring the necessary tools for adjustment, sanding/planing if required.

We would like a large dog door installed into a wooden laundry door that is 35mm thick. We have the dog door ready to install.

Happy for you to literally take it off hinges and leave it in another room.
