I need someone to fix something permanent under my doors to keep out dust and cold air.

1. The bathroom door lock for 3 bathrooms are not working. The same issue is all 3 doors. 2. The silicon is the bathroom area is getting black in the colour especially from the corners 3. Screw missing for rain water tank & 4. Up & down drain button to hold water in basin gets stuck in one basin. 5. The basin in the laundry is moving from its arch.

Trim down my internal door only 1 door

Screen door needs to be screwed into door frame. The hinges are on the wrong side of the door frame and need to be altered or flipped around (one side of the hinges are screws the other side is pot riveted in (i hope that makes sense) and might need a few tiny wedges between the door frame and the hinges...any handyman would be able to sort this out im just really bad at explaining things.

Our left hand side of the double sliding glass door is not sliding on the tracks properly, and requires brute force to move. I am a 2 out of 10 handyman and had a quick look, but couldn't fix it. Really need an expert in this area to come and fix please. Cheers

Door is sticking, presumably due to seasonal movement in the frame. I’d like the door planed or sanded back where it is sticking to ensure easy closing/opening

Sliding doors for both glass sliding door and built in wardrobe are not working and heavy to move, if at all. I assume roller issues for both. Need repaired/replaced by competent handyman or similar
