I have put in a screen door, but it won’t shut. The hinges need to be recessed into the wooden frame and on the other side the latch plate needs to be installed and holes made. The holes that are already there are a bit of a mess as this is the third screen door going in that space. May possibly need a new strip of wood put in

Older home that has experienced movement. Two bedroom doors not latching properly. Original doors. May need to be rehung. I don’t think it’s a mechanical issue. It may just be a build up of paint where the door latches (door frame).

Remove and dispose of backyard awning • Large awning attached under balcony (see photos) • Appears to be fixed to a horizontal bar with a tension cable • Needs to be safely removed and taken away (too large for hard rubbish) • May require 2 people due to size/awkwardness 2. Replace door seals (already purchased) • Remove existing screw-in door seals • Install new compact brush seals (screw-in) • Approx. 4 sets of French doors + 2 standard doors • May require cutting to size (we have a saw if needed)

front door not closing very well, seems to scrape on the floor when closing. Waiting for image from tenant

Door opens inwards to bedroom, which blocks a secondary door inside the room. (poorly designed) Would like door rehung so it opens outwards from the room into the hallway, instead of inwards. Hinges and door handle on the door itself can remain in place as is, as they will be correctly orientated when rehung. Reuse existing door and door hardware. Patch, repair and paint door frame where hinges and strike hole are no longer used on the inside of the room. (Paint colour Lexicon quarter)
