I had a garage door installed but it goes up and down inconsistently I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. I don’t know if it’s electric electrical or mechanical.

as you can see its %80 there.. just need a hand getting the door jam to seal properly... don't have much experience packing / shimming but trying my best :)

Due to its age, it no longer slides smoothly and occasionally gets stuck. The lock is also faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. The second door is a top-hung sliding door, approximately 82 cm wide and 204 cm high. It also does not slide smoothly and occasionally gets stuck on the track. We are looking for an experienced handyman to inspect both doors and carry out the necessary repairs. If the doors cannot be repaired to operate smoothly, please provide a quote for replacement options.

I need someone to repair the broken window at a bedroom. That includes glass replacement. A window in the kitchen requires replacement as well as it is cracked. I also require a security door repair/replacement. Last, but not least the garage lock requires to be fixed as well.

Task info: Remove existing pedestrian door and jamb to garage Install new hardwood jamb and solid 2040 x 820 block door, refit handle and new door. Door needs to be cut to approx 1940mm (confirm on site). Items are all on site ready to go. Existing door can be cut up and go in the bin on site. Need to get it done before Friday when painters will be on site.

Remove door, replace rollers, reinstall door. We have replacement rollers, not 100% sure they are the right ones.

I have a new front door. I was wanting to remove current door, hang and install new door with handles and lock. I’m wanting to either get a handle and seperate deadlock - like current configuration. I’ll purchase that by Saturday for installation. Just haven’t got around to getting it. See pics

Front Door- Fire brigade came through for medical emergency and used force to open the wooden door. Door needs to be repaired as well as the frame. I don't have the paint, though guidance would be appreciated. Dependent on job and cost, I may be able to pay you in cash.
