The front door is not closing properly and may be misaligned. It needs to be adjusted so it closes securely. The outdoor balcony clothesline bracket is also loose and needs to be reattached. Please see the attached photos.

The door to my outside cupboard is stuck, after recently been painted. It was always a bit stiff before the painting, so I think once it's been removed it needs to be sanded back a bit. From what I can see on youtube you should be able to know the pins out to help with opening the door, as shown in the picture. Please open, and rehang so it's not sticky any more.

As per photos current door is falling apart so need someone to Supply and Install Primed Door (including installation of door handle with key locks - you'll need to supply but happy to use existing locks from the old door if that will work).
