I've got two sets of outdoor French doors, four leaves in total, that need all their hinges replaced. Three hinges per leaf, so 12 hinges plus 12 matching jamb mortises. The existing hinges are rusted into the timber. Several screw heads are stripped and one has snapped off flush. I've already tried removing one hinge without much luck, so please price this assuming every screw will fight you and that some mortises will need repairing or recutting to take the new hinges. - What I need done: - Remove all 12 existing hinges from both the door sets and the jambs - Deal with the seized and broken screws however works best (extract, plug and re-drill, or shift the mortise) - Repair or recut the mortises so the new hinges sit flush rather than proud - Rehang all four leaves and make sure they close and latch properly That last point is the real job. The doors currently bind partly where the two leaves meet. I've checked the leaves with a straightedge and they aren't bowed. The old hinges sit around 2mm proud of their mortises, which pushes each leaf across towards the centre. So mortise depth matters here. I need the new hinges seated flush and the three hinges on each leaf sitting in line with each other. I'm supplying: new stainless steel hinges, same size as the existing ones, plus matching stainless screws. All on hand. You bring: everything else. Chisels, extractors, drill, hinge jig, whatever you need. There's power on site. - Not included: I'll do all the priming and painting myself. Just leave the timber clean and bare. A few things worth knowing: - The doors are on an upstairs balcony with easy access through the house - The new hinges are fixed-pin, so the leaves can't be lifted off. They'll need supporting while each hinge goes on (I can assist) - These are exterior doors, so they need to be closed and secure at the end of each day Best suited to a carpenter or handyman who's rehung doors before. Both seals must be adjusted so the door closes naturally and the motorized deadbolt locks freely without binding or requiring extra pushing force. I have two doors at the same front entrance in Carrum that need adjusting/repairing. The security screen door is sagging and I continually need to tighten the screws in the top hinge. I want the hinge fixing properly repaired/reinforced so it stays secure, rather than just having the existing screws tightened again. The timber front door is also becoming harder to open and is now scraping along the bottom. It needs to be realigned/rehung and the hinges adjusted or repaired as required so it opens, closes and locks smoothly. Looking for someone experienced with door hanging, hinges and door frame repairs. Please aim to correct the alignment/hinges rather than simply cutting or planing the bottom of the timber door unless actually necessary. Photos attached.

I need a 360 litre roof pod put on my roof racks with 4 x U bolts, I can help, it needs a spare pair of hands, the pod is super light and easily lifted by one person. I also have a set of window deflectors to put on, they come with their own tool. May need a spanner for the roof box to tighten the nuts and a foot stool to easily access the top.
