Pantry door has broken off its hinges and only one holding it together… ideally need someone who can get five new appropriately sized hinges and then fix the door..

The roller door to the garage isn’t closing properly, it comes down but then immediately goes back up and then just stays open.

The hinges are broken so we need someone to repair the hinge and intal the door back properly.Also need to put the lock in properly, it's not sitting well.

Bathroom door is becoming stuck on the top of the frame. I have tried to tighten screws on the hinges (which as painted over) and this fixes the door temporarily before becoming stuck again, Wanting door to be readjusted and rehung. Unsure if new hinges are required but happy to purchase ahead of time or pay extra for the supply of them.

Four exterior doors are drafty. I need someone to identify the right product to seal the doors as well as possible and fit the product to my doors. I can do the shopping once I know what’s needed. This will require at least 2 visits to assess and fit.

I have a unnecessary doorway in the hallway. Would like it removed and the plaster surrounds removed to make it one clean hallway. I’ve looked up in the roof none of this seems to be load baring Just labour of removing. I will get in my own plasterer and the floors are being brought up soon anyway so no need to add tiles.
