The storm door won’t latch without jiggling the handle a lot and keeps getting left open because if you let it close on its own; it usually will not latch. Also toilet seat won’t stay up I think both need adjusting but don’t know how to do on my own.

Not heavy door lifted from outside to bathroom then lined up with screw holes. I then screw it into the holes whilst you hold and balance the door. About 20 minutes work. Careful person with good balance.

I need my bedroom door reversed so it opens from the opposite side. The job includes removing the existing hinges and handle, reinstalling them on the other side of the frame, and making sure the door sits level and opens smoothly. The old hinge recesses will need to be patched, but they don’t need to be painted as painters will handle that later. The door knob may need a couple of screws added to secure it after the change. A new strike plate may be required once the handle is moved

I have this window the bottom of the frame is rot need replace the rot part and glue some new timber and make it water proof. Will be multiple visits I feel , the red circle is soft and rot like sponge this is the worst bit need to be replaced
