1 bedroom door is unable to close, it hits the top of the door frame 1 bathroom door close ok, however the lock doesn’t work as it doesn’t slide into the receiver. Please advise how you can fix this with minimal disturbance

Looking for someone to remove my existing magnetic door stop and install a new floor-mounted door stop. The existing magnetic stop has one piece attached to the skirting board and another attached to the door. Both need to be removed. The small screw holes left behind need to be filled neatly with a suitable white, paintable filler and sanded smooth. No painting is required. The white filler can simply be left as-is/ready for painting in future. The new door stop then needs to be installed into the floor through the carpet, in approximately the position shown in the photos. I already have the new door stop ready to install.
