My garage door's first panel from the bottom is damaged. My agent wants the door to be fully replaced by a new one and wants the door to be exactly the same as it was before.

I need someone to remove 5 wardrobe/closet doors so I can store them in the garage. Just unscrew hinges but faster with a drill I imagine. I’ve added screenshots as I haven’t moved in yet.

Hinge of garage door is loose the door is sticking. Wooden door. I think the hinge is ok but the screws are rusty. A drawer in a dresser is stuck. A screw came out of the metal runner and the drawer will not close.

My Security Sliding Door came off the track and I managed to put it back but it does not slide now and make noises if I try to push sliding .
