Sliding door repairs “not opening evenly”, touches/scraps the floor halfway through opening. Likely requires roller, track, or alignment adjustment/repair.

Looking at replacing single roller door tracks on bith sides. The existing ones are smashed and too tight so the door gets stuck on the way down. The track on the right has been welded to a metal pole but replacement doesnt need to be, appropriete metal screws would do as it has been done on the other door.
