I need a washing machine moved from laundry however door needs to be taken off for it to fit through the door

Hi, I need help repairing a bifold external door that’s no longer closing properly. It was slightly out of alignment and felt a bit stiff to close, so I removed the handle to check the mechanism, but once I did, the internal latch assembly dropped down inside the frame. I still have all the parts — see photos attached. Looking for someone experienced with bifold or aluminium doors to refit and realign the internal latch so the door operates and locks properly again.

Build a wall at the last metre of my garage including a door at least a big as a standard door with hinges and one deadlock bolt from the door into the floor door security. The wall needs to have strong heat insulation as the garage door faces west.
