We’ve just had a new Bosch Washing machine and dryer delivered. The washing machine seems to be setup fine but the delivery guy couldn’t connect the drainage on the dryer as he said it wouldn’t fit in the hole. Previously we had both washer and dryer plumbed in, so wanting someone to come over and check dryer, potentially make the hole in the top of the drain a bit bigger so the dryer pipe can fit in, and just generally check both are connected properly and pushed back as far as possible. My washing machine is not draining and it needs to be repaired. I believe it might be a clogged hose as the machine is only 2 years old. The machine sits under a dryer so the dryer will have to be lifted off to access the machine. It is for my airbnb property and the guest is arriving today so ideally today or tomorrow would be great.

We installed a washing machine but I think we did it wrong as it’s coming up with e3, error code which is a drainage issue so I think the hose is kinked or possibly where it goes into s bend needs a hole drilled in it probably a 5 minute job for someone who knows what they’re doing. My front-load LG washing machine has started leaking water. I believe the issue happened during moving, and I suspect the water inlet hose at the back has come loose. The washing machine is installed under a benchtop, so I can’t pull it out myself to access the back. LG WDC1215HSVE Washer Dryer, out of warranty OE error code with wash/rinse cycle. Works again after manual drain from front panel. Drain pump does activate (humming noise) when initiating spin cycle - possibly tubing issue. Machine is in recess and will need to be pulled out to access rear
