Beko Machine (model: wmy 7046 mb2 beko ) is unable to complete a cycle of washing. The machine turns off at the “wash” part of the cycle. Water is added and then drained but the cycle does not continue to spinning. We tried manually draining it and was able to do so. Tried another cycle after and it shows E13 on the display
