The seal has been broken between the toilet tank and bowel, i think. When I feel the bolts under the tank they felt wet. Leaking water.

Job Description: I need a handyman or plumber to repair a leaking toilet. The toilet flushes normally, but water seeps out from the base after flushing, which strongly indicates a failed wax ring or improper seating. The toilet rocks slightly and leaks at the base. I want the flange checked, the toilet leveled with shims, and the wax ring replaced or upgraded as needed.
