I need two bathroom sink faucet installed

My toilet tank won’t fill and when filled manually it won’t flush.

Water is getting into my garage and damaging the walls. I need a french drain to redirect the water.

My kid flushed a small ball (balls from her ball pit) and we’ve attempted to snake & plunge to no avail. Not sure how else to get it unclogged, water comes up when you flush and then slowly goes down but not currently using this toilet
