The toilet flushes normally, but water seeps out from the base after flushing, which strongly indicates a failed wax ring or improper seating. The toilet rocks slightly and leaks at the base. I want the flange checked, the toilet leveled with shims, and the wax ring replaced or upgraded as needed.
