All building materials such as the lumber (pallets), insulation, solar electric, and gravity water system are to be secured from desert finds as my income is very limited and i love the concept of using up cycled materials in the building of my future home!PART OF THIS JOB REQUIRES A PICKUP TRUCK FINDING LOADING AND UNLOADING PALLETS AND OTHER NEEDS PVC PIPES ELECTRIC WIRE WATER CUBES AND SO ON SO YOU MUST HAVE A RELIABLE PICKUP TRUCK AND GAS MONEY WHICH WITH RECEIPT PROOF WILL BE REFUNDED Fyi there will be a wood burning stove and or fireplace modifying the actual blueprints to build by and possibility of future paid work if you do an amazing job with the possibility of long-term work if we work together smoothly and you show up are respectful and honest (don't steal or lie about anything) I'm not going to simply choose the best bid I need someone who will be as excited and compassionate about building this house as I am I have been doing tons of research and debating on how exactly I want it to turn out this is my dream!
