Need an experienced, reliable person to prepare a simple paver base and assemble an 8' × 10' metal shed in Conyers. The 9' × 11' site will already be professionally graded and compacted before you arrive. No excavation or Bobcat work is included. Step 1: I already have the hardware cloth for predator protection. It simply needs to be rolled out flat over the prepared area, with the excess extending beyond the shed perimeter as an apron. Step 2: Lay approximately 99 concrete 12" × 12" patio pavers in a straight 9 × 11 grid. I will supply the pavers. They must be level, flat, stable and properly aligned so the shed has a solid, even foundation. No paver cutting should be necessary. Please advise if a small amount of leveling sand or minor base material is needed. Step 3: Completely assemble my 8' × 10' Breezz metal storage shed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, including the factory metal floor frame, doors, window, roof and all supplied components. Step 4 — CRITICAL: Properly anchor the shed to the ground so it is secure against wind. The anchoring must connect to the shed’s metal frame and use suitable ground/earth anchors or another appropriate method. Do not rely on the pavers alone to hold the shed down. Shed must be square and level, doors must open and close correctly, and the roof must be oriented exactly as shown in my photos/plans so water drains AWAY from the chicken run. I will supply the shed, pavers and hardware cloth. Please bring your own tools. Looking for someone with metal shed assembly and paver/leveling experience who can complete the work carefully and at a reasonable price.

I recently purchased a new storage shed and need an experienced contractor or handyman to install it in my backyard. The site already has an existing concrete platform that was built for a smaller shed. The platform needs to be expanded and adjusted to match the dimensions of the new shed before installation. Scope of Work: Inspect the existing shed platform. Extend and reinforce the platform to fit the new shed. Ensure the platform is level, sturdy, and properly supported. Assemble and install the shed on the completed platform.

Need the section (pole to pole) of the fence removed and foundation demolished.

Shed 10*12 assembly, shed with the flooring. Concrete slab is ready but may need little leveling. Shed kit has already arrived.

Need 12x10 ft gazebo built around back concrete slab. Already have 70% of pieces assembled but joining them even with help has proven difficult. Kit comes with Allen wrenches and all parts but please feel free to bring tools. Will need to be anchored in grass with l stakes (i will provide)
