Hire a trusted wall mounting service in East London

I need someone experienced to install a clothes hanging rail in a small closet/storage room using 2 L brackets. One side of the wall is close to a fuse box, so I specifically need someone who can safely check for electrical wiring before drilling (ideally with a wire/electrical detector). Safety is very important. The brackets and rail are already purchased. I just need installation and secure drilling into the wall. Started to fit two shelves but realised I don’t have time. The pilot holes may be in the wrong place, but it can be rescued as the wrong holes should be covered by the shelf once it’s fit. TV to be dismounted from house A and mounted in house B. Both houses are within 3.5 miles from each other. TV is approx. 50 inches, I will be present to assist with moving the TV and taking it from house A to house B. The job is to dismount and mount TV.

I need three light fittings changed to basic fittings so that I can take them with me when I move house. I have the basic fittings ready (ceiling rose and bulb) to put in.
