Hello, We have a broken electric awning that is currently stuck fully open, and we require an urgent repair early next week. The motor appears to have failed/seized in the open position. We have been advised to carry out the repair in the below two phases: 1) Phase 1 (Make Safe): A fixed price to come out, professionally brace the spring arms, and remove the dead Somfy motor "in situ" (without taking the main awning down off the wall, as per STOBAG service specifications).
