Strip off the remaining old render from the garden wall because it’s letting water in and has started to bubble/blister. Then re-render the whole wall with new material so it’s properly sealed. More than half the old render has already been removed, so just finish the rest and complete the re-render.

the awning opens using the remote but then closes after a few minutes itself . Sometimes it may stay open for 40 minutes but at other times only 10

Treat a 5m x 3m decked area, the steps, balustrades & handrails with a wax oil treatment which will be supplied. 2 coats are required on the decking & steps. Brushes and tools supplied. This task can only be carried out when the weather is good and dry and the wood has not been wet. Therefore timing is largely dictated by the weather.

Built in wardrobe door broken wardrobe doors have come off the hinges.

Old Mitsubishi car (2004), passenger door needs to be taken off, metal/steel plate needs to be welded on, door put back and attached to the metal/steel plate. It doesn’t need to be beautiful but I think you need a gas welder for this kind of work. We have had this work done already in the driver side - please see picture.
