I need two people, one person to serve drinks, the other to serve food

BBQ Event Helper (Approx. 5 Hours) 5pm. I'm looking for a friendly, reliable person to help during my family BBQ. The role is mainly to keep everything tidy while guests enjoy themselves. Tasks include: Collecting used paper plates, cups and napkins throughout the event. Emptying rubbish into bin bags and tying them securely before placing them in the garage. Keeping food and serving areas generally tidy. Checking the downstairs toilet periodically to ensure it is clean, stocked with toilet paper and hand soap, and wiping surfaces if needed. Helping with a final tidy-up at the end of the BBQ so the garden and downstairs are left clean and presentable. No cooking or serving is required—this is purely a light housekeeping and tidying role to help the event run smoothly.

- Evening event at an apartment in Canary Wharf - 16 August - 10pm till approx. 2am - could be longer - The helpers would assist with directing guests, running errands (getting ice, restocking supplies, etc) and generally available to help the host with whatever is needed. - DRESS CODE: Black tailored trousers or a knee-length black skirt, a plain black or white collared shirt, and clean black closed-toe, flat shoes. Clothing should be neat, clean, comfortable, and free of visible logos. No jeans, trainers, bold patterns, excessive jewellery, and strong fragrances.
