Date: 18/07/26 Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00pm - 6 Hours Required: 2 People Wedding reception - 48 Guests I am looking for two highly reliable, proactive, and friendly individuals (£100 per helper) to act as general hands-on helpers for a garden wedding reception. You do not need formal hospitality qualifications, but you must be dependable, willing to work efficiently, and capable of using your own initiative to keep the venue tidy. Key Responsibilities: Buffet Management: Assisting with setting out the food, replenishing dishes as needed, and ensuring guests have access to plates and fresh cutlery. Drinks Service: Pouring and serving drinks to guests as requested upon arrival to the venue and throughout the afternoon. Clearing and Tidying: Continuously clearing empty plates, discarded napkins, and used glassware from tables Managing the rubbish bins to ensure the marquee remains clean. Washing Up: Washing glasses, plates, and cutlery as required to ensure a steady supply for the guests. General Ad-Hoc Duties: Acting as an extra set of hands to ensure the afternoon runs smoothly so the wedding party can relax. Dress Code: Professional and understated. Plain black trousers, a plain black or white shirt, and sensible, comfortable footwear.
