I need someone with at least 10 reviews to fix the hinge/closing mechanism on a tilt and turn window. The window itself is in tact but does not close. No time-wasters please - many have said they could do it and ended up not completing the task, so I need a real handyman for this. Thank you!

Our bathroom window does not shut properly and only tilts open indoors.
Nick was prompt, professional and patient - he spent enough time until he finally after 3 hours fixed our window where everyone else visiting would try and give up and replace. Definitely will call him again if we need his help. Thank you Nick
