I need to make the dress shorter and more fitted, as it's currently too big

I am looking to have a custom dress made for a wedding, where I will be a bridesmaid. The wedding will take place on June 27th, so I would need the dress to be ready before then. The bride will be sending me a fabric from Spain called “piel de ángel” (translated as “skin of angel” in English). It measures 2.5 meters and is softer than satin, with a delicate and elegant texture. Would it be possible for you to create a dress from this material?
