I'm looking for someone that can help decorating the wedding venue, please let me know how can you help. We don't have the decoration for the venue yet, but it will be mainly putting the arch together and styling it alongside styling the ceremony area with flowers etc... We prefer someone that has experience decorating wedding venues, we are open to either getting the decoration ourselves and you would pick it up and deliver it to the venue on the 22nd and then you go to set up the venue to decorate the venue at 9AM or if you would like to use your own decoration whether that's by purchasing some Temu decoration and delivering it at your own ease the day before or early morning of the 23rd and setting it up -or you might already have your own decoration that we can hire for the day - we're open to any suggestions, we also need some signage (minimal) and table flowers/decoration as the venue will be in a garden (empty) chairs will be provided, and the dining room comes with tables, chairs etc.. but we might need some flowers/candles to make the room cosy. The job also involves picking up the decoration/removal at the end of the day or the day after

My partner and I are looking to hire a micro-wedding photographer for our wedding on the 30th of March this year. We are looking for between 1 hour and 1 hour and 30 minutes of coverage. We are willing to pay between £200 and £250 an hour based on experience. We want coverage of the 5 minute walk from the hotel to the venue, the 15 minutes before the ceremony, the ceremony (hard capped at 30 minutes by the venue), the post ceremony walk out, the walk back to the hotel and some standalone shots of the two of us in front of the hotel in the private gardens. Experience covering important life events would be ideal.

I am looking for someone to set up my wedding decorations with my decorations

We need someone to arrive at our wedding venue and lay the tables at 3pm on the day of the wedding. The decor will already be there, along with instructions. We will be arriving at 4pm, so need things set up by then. This will be approx 3 tables of 15 people.

We have DIY decor that we need help with placing on the day of our wedding. We might not have access to the venue until the morning of.

We are getting married at Chelsea Town Hall in April 2026 and looking to get someone to take photos for a couple of hours (ceremony and post ceremony).

Engagement photos for 1-2 hours

Serve drinks and cake for an hour and help tidy up after (c. 100 guests). Set up is just laying out trays of sandwiches and cake and pouring out glasses. Serving cake and finger food, so tidy up is putting leftover food away, clearing disposable/recyclable glasses and giving tables a wipe. Expect approximately 3hrs of work at £20ph from 3-6pm. This is for a casual fizz and cake hour after the service in the church foyer, not a formal reception.

What you’ll do • Meet the lead decorator on arrival and take direction throughout • Unload décor boxes (up to 15 kg) and move them to the reception space • Place linens, centrepieces, signage and props exactly as shown on the layout • Keep the work area tidy, flatten packaging, and help with a quick sweep‑through before guests arrive What we’re looking for • Reliable, punctual and comfortable lifting moderate weights • Eye for detail and symmetry; able to follow instructions without constant supervision • Friendly, professional manner; black smart‑casual clothing and closed‑toe shoes required • Event set‑up experience is a plus Role includes assisting the lead decorator with both set‑up before guests arrive and packing away décor once the event ends (approx.6PM - 8PM). Extra hours paid pro‑rata.
