It is a double switch unit but only one switch is for the bathroom, I have never known what the other switch was for. We have an over bed storage unit that we've half built but needs to be attached to the wall. We also have 4 infrared heaters to be hung on the wall around the flat. There will also be some future work to paint bedroom, hang some units in bathrooms and hang tv on wall but not part of this task.

Five of the currently installed downlights (silver coloured rims, warm glow) are either too dim or not working and need replacement. I do not have the replacement parts, so they’re required. I also need two/four kitchen cabinet hinges reinstalled/replaced as they’ve come loose. In one of the cases it is actually obscured by the built in drawers inside the cabinet. This work will need to be formally invoiced, upon agreement with my landlord. If you’re unable to issue an official bill, I will not be able to accept the offer. Thanks!

I need two shelves mounting on my wall , one above the other. Drill or good screwdriver needed. They are IKEA Grundtal shelves, 120cm in length. Brackets and shelves are attached to each other. I also need a basic clothes rail removed, that’s drilled in to the same wall. Lastly, I need an IKEA Hemnes wardrobe being dismantled. It’s 197cm x 120cm x 59cm. It will be going to the tip so I don’t mind how it’s done, but working in relatively small space is needed.
