We want to switch out the lampshades for 3x bathroom lights in our house but cannot work out how to do this ourselves. See images attached of what the lights look like and what the replacement shades look like. We can't work out how to unscrew the light fitting, and when we attempted one, the bulb stopped working, so we need someone with a background in electrics, if not a qualified electrician. Two of the lamps are on the same circuit in the same room, one in another bathroom.

I need my tv mounted on the wall I have a drill and all the screws for the mount.. The tv hook -in clasps are also already attached to the TV. So I would just need the metal mount frame it’s self drilled into the wall..
