The entire flat is using the under floor wet heating. The old thermostat is broken. Model number: UFHDIALB There are only 2 wires behind it. (Please check the photo) I want to change to the new thermostat which can be controlled by WI-FI. I currently have 2 types of the thermostat. One is UFHSMARTRFW. Another one is UFHSMARTW. Steel column radiator (AICA, 600 x 1190mm, 3 column) came off a plasterboard wall as it was hung too high on its brackets. Need it re-hung securely lower down using heavy-duty plasterboard fixings (Bullfix, wall anchors or similar - can supply if needed) or into studs where possible as definitely a plasterboard wall. Alternatively happy to use radiator feet if needed and will buy. The compression joint by the TRV was also weeping when the system was pressurised after the radiator fell off, so the system has been drained down. Need the joint checked and remade, then the system re-pressurised (Vaillant sealed system), bled and checked for leaks. Location: Battersea SW11

I’m moving out and need someone to remove these two wall-mounted shelves. The shelves are screwed into the wall and need to be carefully unscrewed/removed. Once removed, I’d also need the screw holes to be filled and left neat/ready for the next tenant. I don’t have the tools or materials, so you would need to bring your own. I need my 65-inch TCL TV wall mounted above my existing TV bench. The wall is solid masonry. I already have the One For All WM4411 fixed wall bracket and a D-Line 60 × 15 mm TV cable cover, so all mounting/cable-management parts will be supplied. I need the TV mounted centrally above the bench at a comfortable viewing height, perfectly level and straight/parallel to the wall. It should be mounted as close to the wall as reasonably possible while leaving enough clearance behind the TV for its protruding rear housing and cables. There are 3 HDMI cables and the TV power cable. These should be routed neatly behind the TV and down through the D-Line cable cover to behind the TV bench. Please bring the appropriate drill, tools and fixings for a solid masonry wall. Driveway parking is available.
