Total area is approximately 38–39 m² across: • Living room • 2 bedrooms • L-shaped corridor Subfloor: Concrete May require minor floor levelling / smoothing in some areas. Work required: • Check and prepare concrete subfloor • Minor levelling if required (latex/self levelling) • Install LVT underlay • Install click LVT flooring throughout • Flooring to run continuously through corridor into rooms • Remove existing skirting boards and refit after flooring installed • Install door bars between corridor and kitchen/bathroom • Clean finish around edges Materials: I will supply: • LVT flooring • Underlay • Door bars • Skirting (if needed) • Levelling compound (if required) Installer to bring tools and advise on prep.

I have an LVT click floor that was installed three months ago. The floor was not properly levelled. One of the floorboards has now cracked, and there are three small areas where the floor is particularly not level and I fear more cracking. I would like to, if I can, level these sections without changing the entire floor.

Install of 18.5 sq m of vinyl plank flooring - https://www.floorsforpaws.com/pawsafe/pawsafe-domestic-range (Coco style) on 5th March Flooring plywood is already in place and all flooring substrates required (screenshot) are on site, instructions from supplier on method of install: A lot of our fitters use  Ardex feather finish to ensure then don’t ghost through over time. Apply once in plyboard joins, allow to dry and then apply again to ensure the joins are completely level with the plyboard. The planks/tiles can be cut with a Stanley knife (hook or straight blade).  Follow the instructions on the adhesive, you need a A2 Trowel you need the trowel at 60 degrees, apply a thin layer, butt each tile up to the others Use a P131 primer over the plyboard and when dry use FBall F48 adhesive to adhere the planks. The PawSafe domestic flooring needs to be laid into wet acrylic adhesive.  Do not let the adhesive go tacky.

My floor was laid three months ago, but the ground wasn’t levelled properly first. This resulted in a small dent in the flooring in a main walking area. The LVT floorboard has now cracked, unsurprisingly. I want the gap underneath levelling, and the floorboard either replacing, or the split made good.

Lay lino flooring in hallway, total length approx 3meters (width just under 1meter). I will order the vinyl and have it here ready to install. Installing will need to be on a friday daytime or weekend, and you will need to bring your own tools/supplies.
