I currently have an awning but the fabric is dirty and needs replacing. The awning is also slightly tilted to one side. And I need this to be fixed so that it does not bend.

I have 2x Primrose Manual awnings. The canvas on both of them is old and needs replacing. I would like the existing canvas removed and once replacement canvas has been sourced, the replacement canvas fitted. I can source and pay for the replacement canvas. Need the help in getting the canvas off and fitting the new.

My awning in the backyard won’t close, it makes a whirring noise when I press the button and won’t close

Awning fully extended, now unable to retract it. Electricity and remote working. It appears like the fabric has become loose at the wall unit and cannot wind up. Or perhaps the engine of the awning turns when extending the awning but does not work in the opposite direction when retracting it?

Mount 2x brackets to external wall to hold an awning. The awning is already assembled it just requires mounting once the brackets have been installed.

Electric awning totally jammed

Curtains need to be installed onto a drywall. There is underlaying metal that prevents some screws from gojng fully in. The house originally came with a wooden plank (seemed loosely) stuck to the wall but that has fallen down. The total curtain coverage length is around 3m. An examination before installation is preferred as we have not bought the curtain rails yet. There are 2 rooms that need to have their curtains and curtain rails installed. We have not bought the curtain rails as we do not know what curtain rails are most suitable for the walls and so that is why we request an inspection/consultation before installation. Our past experience with the wall has led us to believe that this task cannot be completed with conventional methods.

The front of the house is bottom half brick and top half painted cream/magnolia. The painted half is peeling and flaking and needs to be possibly rendered and painted or just repainted. Not sure on typical cost so this is negotiable.

Sliding doors for 2 bedrooms. Other room is smaller frame. Need 3 drawers made to fit inside the wardrobe as well. Will send dimensions once I get a quote. Please only reply if you can quote the job.

There is cracking and a few missing bits of render along the base of the side wall of our old house. I would like it patched up and also the crack in corner of the path filled. Many thanks.

I have carried out a renovation on a 1950 semi. The plinth-render has been cut away or cracked in places and needs replacing/matching. Not sure on the value. Will depend on experience and capability. Ideally needs to match the existing. Photos to follow
