A broken floor tile needs removing and replacing. The current tile is not a standard size, so a new tile needs to be cut to fit. It needs to be laid at the same level so nobody can trip over it, and so it's not noticeably different to the other tiles.
We had a broken floor tile and John replaced it with one that's was perfect. He's great to deal with, punctual, friendly, professional and did a great job for us. I'd definitely recommend him.
