I have 2 Nest thermostat units on the first floor which don't turn on, but the units on the ground floor and top floor do. As far as I can tell the base plate (white square one) on the first floor is not receiving power. But there is a Heatmiser UH6 on the first floor which seems to be working correctly. Someone came to change thermostat as it was broken but when replaced it turn off heating at the house, he said didn't know what he was doing. then requested to put back the previous one to make it work but heating stopped working. Does anyone know how to turn on thermostat again? only need to turn on then will cover.
