I need someone to: 1. Widen hole in counter top to fit new hob, and fit and secure hob into hole (the hob has already been connected to the circuit by an electrician) 2. Fit new toilet seat 3. Replace flush mechanism and flush button in toilet cistern. I will also need advice on what flush mechanism to buy.

The existing wooden worktop is slightly too small for the new appliance. The worktop requires about 2cm to be removed from one side with an electric saw. Requires appropriate sealant to be applied around hob/worktop. We have a cracked induction hob. We have bought a new one but need someone to remove the old one and install the new one.
