My brand new ikea electric hob was installed by the builders but its showing errors on 2 and 2 works. But when turns on all goes to errors after a minute

Hi there, The window in the bedroom won’t close. I think the lock is broken. The oven has broken down. There is no heat, just the fan working. And the cooker hobs go on and off so none of them stay on to be able to cook. Also, when I try to use the microwave, the fuse always goes down in the fuse box and then all of the plug sockets in the living room stop working including the microwave. There is also a light in the living area which is constantly flickering. Thanks, Ruth
