We need the existing hob replaced following an EICR issue, as the circuit is currently tripping the fuse. We don’t know for certain whether the hob itself is causing the problem, but as it is quite old, we have decided to replace it. We need an electrician to install, connect and fully test the new hob, and also check the circuit to identify whether there are any other issues. I have a five burner gas hob fitted into the work top, 3 of the burners has stopped working, when you press the knob it sparks and lights on some of the burner but as soon as you let go the gas cuts off, is there anyone who can help with this, I need it sorted as soon as possible.
