Hi I found your details on Google. I have the following that needs addressing; Blocked bathroom sink Architrave (removed by tenant) around door requires hard as nails 2 small bedroom carpets to be taken out - bins under the flat. 1 electric hob (supplied) 1 electric oven to be installed.(supplied) Hard wired fire alarm needs fitting (supplied) Property was wrecked and abandoned.
