I need to get this stain off the floor. A stool was faulty and has ruined the floor with rust

I have 3 hallways/landings i need striped, repaired in some areas (damaged paint or wall) and then painted. I also need my banister handrail to be stripped and stained to the original wood if possible. I have a new flat-pack fir wood outdoor storage bench (112cm W x 58cm D x 84cm H) that needs preparing and finishing before assembly. Scope of work: • Light sanding of all timber components • Apply two thin coats of Osmo UV Protection Oil Extra (Graphite 3074 – Matt) to all surfaces • Ensure full coverage including underside panels and inside of storage lid • Allow appropriate drying time between coats • Assemble bench once fully dry The bench is still boxed. Work can take place on-site (terrace in London) or off-site if preferred. I already have the Osmo oil (as well sanding sheets and brushes available if required).

We are moving out of our house and need to refinish a few stains on the wood floor that our plants left

I’m looking for a quote to strip, re-stain and re-seal an engineered wood floor in my property in W6 (Fulham). The floor is GoodHome Lulea Modern Natural Oak Engineered Real wood top layer flooring, 2.05m² from B&Q Total area is approx 10m² There are scratches and worn areas where the original Liberon wood dye & Ronseal finish have been damaged. They were also not sanded properly to begin with. This will be room 1/5 as i would eventually like all the floors to be uniform.

Log cabin has been repaired. Need to treat new fascias on roof, door centre, areas where no stain inbetween logs all around small areas to work the stain in, inside treat floor. I have the walnut stain and the clear for the inside. Also fix gate which is not aligning with bolt and needs a metal receiver for the bolt so it doesn't keep dropping I think
