2 m2 of wood kitchen countertop. It has become sticky so i need it to be sanded and refinished. I will provide pads and finish (but would need recommendation on best product). This will also need to be neatly sealed around the edges. Please only offer if you can do good clean sealing work. Thanks!

There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated. We have recently moved in to a new house and as part of the renovations we are trying to restore the old Victorian floor boards. We have done part of the sanding ourselves but grossly underestimated the time needed for the job. We’re now busy for the next couple of weekends and need someone to finish what we started. Light sanding + re-staining black dining room table

Wooden Dining table (160cm x 90cm) and bench (130x32cm). The wood is pine and the colour is light natural. We want to stain it to a darker shade - dark stained wood colour.
