I have 3 hallways/landings i need striped, repaired in some areas (damaged paint or wall) and then painted including doors and ceilings. I also need my banister handrail to be stripped and stained to the original wood if possible. Stained screed floor needs sanding to remove stains should be a two or three hour job

Stain on kitchen ceiling from a leak of of upstair's washing machine waste water pipe. Leak is now fixed and stain has dried. We can provide the primer and paint but we do not have a ladder to reach the ceiling or paint rollers. We just need the stain painted over, not the whole ceiling.
