I need a hole to be drilled trough a stainless steel bar station, the hole should be big enough to pass water supply and discharge cables for a coffee machine

I had a small solvent leak on a travertine effect dining table, it has lifted some of the paint (around 5cm diameter stain). Are there any professional painters that can paint over this using a travertine effect to hide the marks?

There are two areas in the house where a leak from upstairs stained the ceiling. The ceiling needs restoration. For the ceiling standard white paint is required however there is a matte gray painted area in the bathroom that requires a gray paint that I will try and source ahead of time. There is a step ladder in the house but might be too short depending on height, so a ladder may be required. There is a stained area in a built-in wood wardrobe, if we can apply varnish to restore the wood (or any alternative suggestion from you) it would be much appreaciated.
