System Description / Parts Installed • Case: Fractal Design (with fan hub) • Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Gaming • CPU: AMD Ryzen (model to confirm) • Cooler: AIO liquid cooler (powered via SATA) • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Founders Edition • RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4, 2×16GB • Storage: Crucial SATA SSD • PSU: Corsair fully modular 750W Gold (newly installed) Handover Note for Repair Shop This system was upgraded with a new motherboard (ASUS ROG Strix B650-A), CPU (AMD Ryzen), GPU (NVIDIA RTX 5070 FE), RAM (Corsair Vengeance 2×16GB), cooler, and PSU (Corsair 750W Gold). The only reused parts are the old SSDs from the previous system. The PC has never been successfully powered on or tested. Initially the PSU was missing, so I installed the Corsair unit and connected all major cables (24-pin, 8-pin CPU, GPU, SATA), but the system does not power up — no fans, no lights, no response to the power button. Could you please: 1. Verify the PSU and all connections (24-pin, 8-pin CPU, GPU power, front panel header). 2. Confirm there are no motherboard shorts or cabling issues. 3. Assist with BIOS setup and getting the system to first boot. 4. Advise whether my old Windows license on the SSD can be recovered. If not, please confirm whether I should purchase a new license, and whether you can help install it — or if I can simply use a Windows boot USB myself to activate later.
Jamshaeed was outstanding. He came on short notice, quickly identified and fixed the issues with my PC build, and then went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly set up. He stayed for hours until the job was fully completed, installed all the necessary drivers, and made sure the system was running perfectly. Very professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.

MacBook Air from 2020: I seem to have multiple anti-virus services and also multiple online backup services such as DropBox, need to figure out which ones (I don't even know!) so I can cancel the accounts and delete most if not all of the software. Also would like to recover photos and other files from the DropBox account before cancelling that... Plus my mail app refuses to send emails from my Gmail OR Hotmail accounts. I've looked online and tried to fix settings and it's not working... I'm basically an idiot,what can I say

I have a piece of software for exercise testing, which is quite specific. I can’t find my original software disc, but I do have the software loaded on an old laptop. It’s very old and slow, I would like to hear from someone who could transfer the software onto my newer windows laptop. I do have the registration code etc, I just can’t find the original disc.
