I need a 19mm thick slate bed 6ft x 3ft, approx 80kgs picked up from a mate's house in Hornchurch (RM12) and transported in a van to my building in Poplar (E14), where i need it carried to my first floor apartment. It will involve navigating a stairwell. Win require at least 2 man team. I have cut a sheet of plywood to the same dimensions as above i.e. 6ft x 3ft, and it can be maneuvered up my stairwell with turns not posing a problem. Will obviously be more challenging at 80kgs, but should be doable.
