I have dug the stones up in the area and there is paving below but it is slightly uneven. The paved area should be high enough that the doors of the bike shed clear the stones. Lift and relay tiles in front garden

My garden project is ready for the patio to be laid - for the purposes of this project the work to be completed will be: 1/ Finalise the Type 3 base - we have already laid and compacted circa 750mm of Type 3 across majority of the laying area, excluding the paths out from the doors. I have not fully completed this however so that the team laying can finish laying and level to your preferences. I expect there'll be 1-2 more bulk bags to lay and compact. In photos, the areas covered by mats and planks do not have any sub-base laid & are just weed proof membrane over soil at present. 2/ Lay paving slabs - approx 15 sqm of standard laying of slabs (porcelain 90x60cm). From 2x back doors, lay slabs in "stepping stone" formation. Cut and fit to 5x stairs. Grouting etc for all paved areas. 3/ Fit aco drains around border to house & connect to main drains - 3.5mx2.5m approx to lay (note that channels have already largely been dug for drains.) I am seeking some more expert help with the actual laying rather than DIY'ing this portion myself, as I am looking for a higher quality finish than I know I can achieve. I will be happy to purchase all materials required and have them delivered if given a 'shopping list'. Also happy to take a ballpark quote online & arrange to then come and see in person to finalise. Clear all weeds from brick paving by hand, removing as much root as possible. Leave moss. Fill cracks with kiln dried sand. Clear all waste and any leaves into garden sack. No weedkiller to be used.
