I want someone to repaint my living room walls

Hello, I would like someone to come and paint the kitchen and the dining room. There is a bit of mould on the wallpaper, so I would like that stripped. And there is also some mould on the kitchen ceiling, which I would like to get rid of. There is a minor crack down the wall, I would like to have that fixed. I have 2 children, so I would like the paint products to be child-safe. If needed, I could buy the paints. Thanks.

The following areas will all be in matte and satin white: Ceilings = all matte white Bathroom, toilet and kitchen = Two coats of white satin Zinsser The remaining rooms = one undercoat of matte white followed by 2 coats of a light dulux colour. All paint will be provided, we just need a good painter to do the work
