my bathroom ceiling had bubbles where the paint was lifting, so i started peeling it off in big sections initially to bare plaster. however some bits but some are stuck. it's now been in this state for quite a few months. I think it potentially needs sanding/filling over to make smooth surface, priming especially on the bare plaster, with a mist coat so paint in future stays more, ready for me to paint with bathroom anti-mould paint (which I can do).

This job is in Broadheath, Altrincham - not Little Bollington. I'd like to have my small utility room walls and ceiling painted with white emulsion, and the skirting painted with white gloss. The long wall will require an initial watered down coat over the new plaster (see pic). There may be a couple of cracks to fill. Please feel free to also bid for my other task of Kitchen Painting, as the 2 rooms are next to each other and could be done at the same time as one job. I am happy to provide the paint. HAPPY TO NEGOTIATE FAIR PAY. Advice from experience welcome please! I have walnut wooden kitchen countertops. I previously made them darker with furniture varnish but it began to fade around the sink. So I sanded it back and stained again but with Osmo oil stain instead (shade tobacco). But now it has dried, I can see a lot of marks on the counter that look like water marks from pots and cups. TO DO - I’m thinking it will need sanding down again and the wood treating to remove the marks before staining with the Osmo oil again. Advice from experience welcome, please!

The Bedroom is 3 x 3 meters only 3 walls need to be stripped and all 2 walls paining. Lounge is 3 x 4 meters I have part done 1 and a bit walls. need the remaining walls stripping and painting, I do have a wallbaber steamer stripper but every time I use it, the fire alarms go off and the block of flats i live in has a sprinkler system so would not be able to use it. so it would have to be a damp cloth or wallpaper stripping solution
