Paint small room, some old wall paper board needing to be removed etc.

I have a rental property in Derby with some mould issues on the upper walls and ceiling corners, caused by condensation (not rising damp). The affected areas are mainly: Top corners of walls and ceilings Around window/door head height Some light staining/streaking from previous condensation I am looking for an experienced painter/decorator to: Treat and clean mould properly (fungicidal wash) Apply stain-blocking primer (e.g. Zinsser or equivalent) Repaint using anti-mould paint This is not a structural damp issue, so I am not looking for damp proofing or chemical injection — just proper preparation and a long-lasting decorative finish. Ideally looking for someone who has experience dealing with condensation-related mould in rental properties. I have some ikea Alex drawers that ideally need sanding, priming then painting.

Used mold remover to remvoe mold of walls. The the paint has now peeled in various places need to remove the paint patches and repaint them.
