I’m looking for an experienced flooring specialist to remove and dispose of the existing black-and-white vinyl flooring from my kitchen and install the supplied grey laminate flooring shown in the photos. The laminate has already been purchased and is ready at the property. The job should include removing the existing flooring; checking, cleaning and preparing the subfloor so it is level and suitable; fitting the supplied laminate neatly throughout the kitchen; making all necessary cuts around kitchen units, appliances and doorways; fitting any required edging or trims; removing all old flooring and waste; and leaving the area clean and tidy. Please bring all required tools and any additional fitting materials. I would like the work completed as soon as possible. I’m looking for someone experienced in fitting herringbone laminate flooring to complete a small unfinished section in my bedroom. When the flooring was originally installed, I had fitted wardrobes in place, so the flooring wasn’t laid underneath them. I’ve now removed the wardrobes and would like the flooring completed. Job details: • Two small areas to be fitted (approximately 45 cm × 50 cm each). • I already have matching spare laminate boards. • The boards will need to be cut to size and fitted to continue the existing herringbone pattern. • To achieve the best finish, it may be necessary to lift and refit some of the surrounding laminate boards, depending on the best approach. I’ll be attaching photos of: • The unfinished areas. • The spare laminate boards. Timing: There is some mould nearby that I’m in the process of dealing with, so if that would affect your ability to complete the job, please let me know. Install plywood, underlay and laminate flooring in 3 small bedrooms and hallway followed by skirting boards in the 3 rooms and landing totalling 25sq meters.

Move fridge & washing machine. Pull up old laminate flooring (damaged from leak so very loose). Lay underlay. Fit (will include cutting some laminate to size) of 8mm floorboards. Click & fit the floor boards together. One section under where the washing machine is that’s under the worktop but otherwise only goes upto the edge of the cabinets.

I need my flooring finished ASAP SAT AM. there is not much left small hallway and living room is almost finished, due to the storage cupboard. Door will need to cut down to lay the rest of the flooring, however the screws are tough to remove stuck due to old nails. I have purchased replacement hinges for the door. A tool will be required to remove screws. I have door thresholds as slight ram by my bedroom door. The floor will require sealant to complete the jobs.
