I've a single storey small bungalow that needs painting. The bottom half of the house is brick, and it's only the render I want doing at the front and down the side of the house, so it's not a big job (see pic). I already have the paint, but no time to do it, so looking for someone to get it done before the summer is over! You will need your own ladder, as the front has a slightly raised elevation.

Front of house requires painting, this is half of the front of the house which has been rendered but over ground and first floor. I also have a fence which needs repainting.
