Hi, Initially wanted to replace the shower mixer as the water was not hot enough. However due to the fact that the stopcock valve inside the building is not shutting off the water supply I am unable to do that. Additionally l am having some hot water issues in the other toilet as well, the output is very inconsistent and the pressure is very low.
