I need help moving one sofa bed (heavy) + one mattress downstairs, and also moving the downstairs mattress upstairs. The stairs are a bit narrow.

I have my sister’s electric wheelchair in my boot (we are on holiday). My nephew lifted it in and normally I can lift it out with assistance from my sister. But she is in a lot of pain and can’t assist. I need someone to lift it it out for me, or with me. Thanks
